I am trying to locate a short haul modem:

Requirements:

1.  RS232C
2.  19.2 kbps
3.  Supports TX, RX, CD, DTR
4.  Uses 1 or 2 wire pairs
5.  Has a 1000 ft. range
6.  FCC class B

Nice Extras:

1.  38.4 kbps
2.  Powered by serial port
3.  Supports RTS/CTS flow control
4.  Small (like a DB25 shell)

Any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated.
