A woman reported her car stolen, advised the police that it was equipped with a cell phone, and gave them the phone number for it. Police officer called the car, and lo and behold the thief answered. Cop says "I hear you've got a car you want to get rid of..." Thief and cop haggle on price, etc. for a while. Finally cop tells thief he'd really like to see the car. A meeting place is established, and when the cops show up, there's the thief, leaning against the fender, arms crossed, waiting for his "buyer".
