Here's my list.  I already sent it in email:

    multiple windows.
    no limits on line length, etc.
    infinite undo buffer.
    no more "can't yank/put in global/macro" errors.
    editable commands lines with history and completion.
    visible marks.
    set wrapscan that worked on absolute numbesr not just relative ones.
    tilde as a range command "~E".
    column mode
    8 bit files.

that should be enough to think about.
