Try ftp'ing from tut.cis.ohio-state.edu from the gnu/emacs/elisp or
gnu/emacs/info directory trees.  There is a file of all of the elisp
documentation (.texinfo, and .dvi files as well as all of the info
files.)  If you can't find them, I can mail the compressed tar file to
you or put it on our ftp machine.
