The stylus wasn't as sensitive as on the AProdraw/Summasketch tablet but it still had a good feel. The Dakota tablet can transmit through about 1/2" of material (for tracing magazines or books) while the Summa is limited to about 1/4". The Dakota is also around $100 cheaper and comes with a stylus AND puck. I still think I like the feel of the Summasketch better however. I called Dakota to find out if there is any way to adjust the stylus sensitivity in the driver or if it is simply a switch closure. I am still waiting on a reply. %~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~% % ` ' Mark Thompson % % --==* RADIANT *==-- mark@westford.ccur.com % % ' Image ` ...!{decvax,uunet}!masscomp!mark % % Productions (508)392-2480 (603)424-1829 % % % ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
