Has anyone heard of IKS ? I have been told it is an implementation of
the ANSI PIK (Programmers Imaging Kernel) from the U. of Lowell, but I
haven't been able to find anything on their ftp server. Is it free or
one has to pay for a license ? In any case, I would like to hear
something about it.
