Hi 

I looking for information about writting multi threaded C++ programs.
Are there any librarys? Does anyone know of any articles or other
refferences. 

Basicily here is my problem. I am working with X11, C++ and unix. some
of my widget callback functions can be very slow. Rather than have the
callback function periodicly stop and poll the Xserver for events .
I would like to create a seperate thread to do the
call backs work, and let the inital thread of control return the
XtMainLoop()
