I would estimate the market for these 2 books at perhaps 3 people.
Perhaps they would work as subchapters in a "Forth and Unix" book.
As one of the few Forth vendors addressing the Unix marketplace,
I suspect that the "vanity press" would be the only way to get such
a book published.
