Are there any patch facilities out there for Sun/Lucid Common Lisp?
In particular, I am seeking one similar to Symbolics' implementation.

A patch facility being a mechanism that provides a place to include
new definitions and be able to "load patches" on top of existing
definitions.  The gain being the time saved loading incremental changes
versus reloading your entire system.
