Does anyone know how to generate a PostScript file from a 
Microsoft Word (3.02 or 4.0) document? or from MacDraw or 
MacPaint?

In MacWrite you can press the Ctrl-F key just after pressing
ok in the Print Dialog box, and it generates a file called
PostScript0.  However with Word it gives an error message
of not being able to open the printer.
