Configuration:
	Linotype typesetter
	ditroff with tpscript or dpost
	Sun OS 4.1.1
	Printing a catalog - page layout 7inches wide, 9 inches long

Problem:

	1 - we only get cut marks at top of page (execpt for last page we
	    get both top and bottom).

	2 - how do we get rid of the blank paper (the lino thinks we are
	    are using 8.5x11 paper so we have 2inches of unsed paper.

	
Notes:
	This stuff runs fine using ditroff and a VAX 11/750 on a CG8400.
