  Could some kind soul email to me the Postscript one prepends to a
Postscript file to cause Manual Feed?  (I presume, this prepending is
just what the  -m  switch of dvips does.  My ps file is coming from
TeX, and I am trying to get TeX to insert the appropriate Manual-Feed
code, so that the call to  dvips  does not need the -m switch.)
