I have read the article in "The C++ Report" about Finite State Machines and
would like to find out what types of applications have used this
mechanism in an object oriented fashion.  Is there a limited set of
applications this can be used for?  Working for the telephone company, I am
particularly interested in hearing how it has been used within the
telecommunications industry (maybe service order generation).
