I was talking about a site, not the Net in general. Also, a limited acct. due to disk space restrictions and networking costs is notunreasonable especially since universities have budgets within which they must work. Most people would be willing to compromise since they would admit that the resources should be allocated to research projects and classwork before it is allocated to "recess" on the net. THe restrictions I talked about were meant to be implemented for extra-curricular use (learning on your own).
