ACM is Association for Comuting Machinery, which is an international
association for computing professionals.  Copies of the March issue
of the Communications of the ACM (CACM) can be obtained for $7 for
members and $14 for non-members.  Send order prepaid plus $3 for
shipping and handling to

  Baltimore, MD 21264.

Credit card orders: 800-342-6626.  (Baltimore, Alaska, or Canada,
call 301-528-4261.)  I don't know if the 800# works for Europe.
