The stuff that I take and use appears in the periodic new releases, like the 1.6.15 one I just sent to the beta list. I don't want to set up a continuous process of reviewing everything that comes in and approving/rejecting on the fly. There is a MINIX referees mailing list that might do such approving, but it hasn't worked terribly well (i.e, nobody ever sends anything to it).
