Hi,
I am new to this, so I have a few questions about the voting re: the
splitup.
1)   I have only been a Minix user and following the group for about
     four months, so do I get a vote at all.
2)   If so, I get the newsgroup via mail server, so do I still get a vote.
3)   If still so, how do I vote?
