Where can I find a good discussion on interrupts? Questions I seek to 
answer include : is there a priority among interrupts, and if so, how could
I switch them around so that a particular device, ie. mouse, could become a
higher/highest priority. This is a possible tie in with the accurate timing
request earlier. Thanks for any pointers or ideas.
