I know there are a number of serial port libraries available on
SIMTEL and such.  Which would be best to do the following:

    auto dial a bbs
    navigate to a particular file/message area
    upload/enter a file/message
    leave

What I want to do is have a person be able to do is, from a menu,
kick off a process that takes a prepared file and does the above.
