There is no built in way to CTTY in OS/2 (the CTTY command is not supported in OS/2 and not in the DOS-box either). But there is a separate program called Os2You, that allows you to redirect (or rather copy), the screen output to a remote terminal. It works like Carbon Copy/PC-Anywhere for DOS.
