In working with the Exabyte factory they are telling me that the users
of the 8200 drive are all happy especially IBM, Sun, and DEC users. However
the performance we are seeing does not match what they are telling us. I
am interested in hearing from Exabyte users regarding the mechanical 
performance of the drives. Are you as a user returning many Exabyte drives
or are the failures restartable failures? What is the response you get
when you have problems?
