Message-ID: <10715@ncar.ucar.edu> Date: 21 Mar 91 16:59:37 GMT Sender: news@ncar.ucar.edu Organization: NCAR/Atmospheric Chemistry Division Lines: 9 We might be getting a Mass Spectrometer that uses an 80Mb PC/386 system as its controller. Does anyone know if there is a SCSI card and any necessary software that allows you to attach a 2.5 Gigabyte 8mm tape drive? Aside from wanting to store large datasets, our reason for going this route is to provide tape compatibilitiy with our workstations. Who might sell such things for a PC/386? Please send email to fredrick@ncar.ucar.edu. Thanks. --Tim
