In principle I think we'd be willing to integrate Ultix changes back
into our sources.  My only reservation is that it looks like the
next version of CAP is being done out of Australia, so I'm not sure
quite what is happening to our sources.  If you really intend to do
an Ultrix port, you should send me mail and I'll try to get you
into contact with the folks who are doing CAP work at the moment.
