I thought that some time ago some group was going to attempt to create such a thing, but I may be mistaken. Typically performance comparisons consist of side-by-side testing of hardware in a given networking environment, thus overall performance is controlled as much (if not more) by the accompanying driver/software architecture as the underlying hardware.
