When we try to access the targon it gives the "UNIX V.4 etc......." welcome message but drops out before the login prompt appears. That is our only problem and it hasppening with the NCSA telnet package running under windows and with a tottaly different implementation running under DROS. This leads me to believe that it may be something subtle with the Targon. I am open to suggestions provided they don't involve egg whisks as my insurance doesn't cover me after the last time. regards johnev@nixshef.uucp tel Sheffield England 755165 ext 5068 email any responces to johnev@nixshef.uucp, as he doesn't have a news service.
