I am looking for a set of public libraries that will allow me
to access the PC/TCP drivers from FTP software.  I am using a
cabletron card for my ethernet connection.  I have Borland C++
for my compiler (I am only using it right now for ANSI C programs).
If there are no public libraries, I may consider a commercial
one.  Any help would be appreciated.
