  Telnet to quiche.cs.mcgill.ca.  Log in as "archie" with no password.  Type
"set sortby time" to see the newest entries first, then "set search subcase"
to make the searching a little bit faster, then "prog xbzone".

  If you don't have telnet access, then send mail to
"archie@quiche.cs.mcgill.ca" containing the body "prog xbzone" (unfortunately,
the set commands don't work in mail yet).

will include a man page, but it might be worth a look.
