They should be numbered 1 to 3 (don't have one in front of me). No jumper = 0 MEM, 1 = .5Mb, 2 = 1 Mb, 3 = 1.5Mb. that should do it for you. You may have other problems though if you have a .5Mb RAM card, but that can be addressed with on of John Milton's HwNotes (I have done this myself).
