I've send a copy of the Device Driver Development guide
to David Brierley (galaxia!dave) to be put on osu-cis. 

The posted version is nroff -mm format.
Other formats *may* be available later.
I've made many small changes in the interest
of making this document more readable, but
some pieces of information were just plain
missing from the original, and I wasn't
knowledgable enough to add these.

Anyway, those of you who want to take a look at this,
who didn't get one of Thad's copies, should be able
to pick one up from osu-cis "Real Soon Now".
