I've been trying to find an up-to-date copy of the external protocol specification
(XPR) without any luck.  I have a copy version 10 which is dated 10-July-1989.  This
is apparently quite out of date.  If someone would be so kind as to e-mail me a
current copy of the spec, I would be forever grateful (I might also be able to
finish my current pet project).
