I just recieved a flyer from Aamiga Warehouse; they sell amiga
hardware and RAM; I've ordered a floppy disk drive and a mouse from
them in the past.  They listed the following DRAM prices:

256Kx4 DIP/ZIP/SCZIP for $6.10 / $5.75 / $6.75
1Mbx4 SCZIP for $41.95

They are at 1-800-942-9505; I've found the staff friendly and helpful.
