At SR10.2 we were able to 'su new_user' and new_user's .kshrc or .profile, I'm
not sure which, would be run automatically.  This changed with the installation
of 10.3 and we now laboriously type '. $HOME/.kshrc'  to establish a usable
enviorment after we su.  Is there something simple I'm missing?  The man page
is of no help.  Also, is it possible to give selected individuals rights to
su to root? If this is possible is it a good or bad idea?
