I can verify that QC is shipping TIC 3.3 as I just upgraded my copy of TIC
a few weeks ago.  The new version is great w/ a scrollback feature built
into the recording buffer and a snazzy text editor which is actually a
separate program, but is interfaced quite nicely with TIC.  I am very
pleased with this new version and would highly recommend it.  Definitely
well worth the price!!
