I can't seem to find a version of GSVT on the ftp sites around
later than 1.15.  I *REALLY* need 1.45 or later which has a
Tek4010 emulator, apparently.  Could someone please be kind enough
to upload GSVT to the binaries newsgroup?

P.S. Brownvm says that it has version 1.5 but it's really 1.15.
