I am having a problem with a Everex ST-251 half-height 40 mb hard drive that
I bought from someone which is about 2 years old.  On numerous occasions,
when I power on my PC the head on the drive does not spin, although the drive
light comes on.  If I then take the hard drive out of the computer and shake
it up, it again works.  If you have any idea of what the problem and solution
