Despite all the fear and doubt you will hear, I personally have had very good experience with RLLing Seagate drives like the 251 and the 4096. If it works with Seagate, it will probably work with most disks. If it doesn't work, new disks are getting really cheap anyway. In the way of software, you can use Disk Manager or Speedstor. -- The Macintosh makes it easy to do sloppy work.
