Message-ID: <8828.27e60545@jetson.uh.edu> Date: 19 Mar 91 12:34:13 CST Organization: University of Houston Lines: 8 Does anybody know how to switch the DMA channel for the Floppy Controller? I knew that floppy controller use the DMA channel 2, and I also knew that each system should have around 7 DMA channel. One of my computers had a DMA Channel 2 problem and caused the floppy drive not to read nor write. What should I do ? The 386 motherboard is made by CHIPS technology by the way. You can either post to the news or email to cosc12tg@jetson.uh.edu Thanks a bunch.
