Can anyone give me some info on a Conner CP 341 disk ?

What are the number of cylinders, heads and what is the
write pre-compensation ?

What is the disk type ? Can I use this disk with AWARD bios ? 

Do I need to do a low level format ?

How big is this Disk (how many Meg is it) ?
