I need to scan in the one-bit-per-pixel (black and white) mode. If anyone knows how to get such drivers, I would appreciate it if you would let me know. I am writing an OCR software package for MSDOS. You may be interested to know that this package presently runs faster than the commercial products, handles a wider variety of type styles, and takes much less memory. It runs on any PC with 512K RAM and a hard disk. It converts 2000 words per minute on a 25 MHZ 486 and maintains this speed even with documents of poor quality. - Larry Miller
