Lines: 12 I have a Micronics 386-33 ASIC Motherboard with 8MB of RAM in SIMMS....currently it has a 32K direct mapped cache. According to the manual if I install 32K more of SRAM cache, I can go to set-associative cache. This "allows for a greater hit ratio"....My qyestions are: 1. How much do 8Kx8 SRAM chips cost? ( I need 4 to upgrade) 2. What will be my REAL speed increasE? I have 80ns SIMMS installed. Thanks in advance, Brian
