YES
1. spend a dime and findout the # of the company this CLOWN was calling from
2. Call and talk to their Personnel manager.  Tell this person what
   is being done.  Electronic Mail Fraud is not Leagal!  Be careful to
   explain, in general terms, the size of USENET/INTERNET/etc..
3. Send them a copy of the message via FAX if possible.

If these CLOWNS are stomped on as they appear they will stop showing up.  I
firmly believe WE must police the use of the net space ourselves or someone
will do it for us.  This type of !@#$%^&* is just the excuse some empire-
building burea!@#$%^&*(crat will use to regulate us.
