Can anyone tell me if there is a paint program or utility
which runs on either a PC or a Mac that will convert an
MS WINDOWS 3.0 clipboard format (I believe it is BMP) into 
MacPaint file?

In case you're interested, I'm documenting a Windows program 
on the Mac (no flames, please!).
