The new version of NCSA Telnet 2.4b10 is now available on anonymous ftp from
ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu.  This is an update to Telnet2.4b9 which still had some
minor bugs, all of which have been fixed.  Once again, unless there are
bugs in this version, this will be the final release of Telnet2.4, so please
take the time to test this new release.
