Reflection is a series of programs for specific terminal emulation types.
From the sounds of your post, they have one out for the vt-220.

I'm most familiar with their Mac and PC versions that emulate HP2393 and
HP2621/23/27 terminals, since the college I used to go to had a number
of HP3000 minicomputers with Macs and PC's as terminals.

They do make good emulators, by the way.
