Almost *immediately* after installing the new driver, I started getting alert boxes telling me that the printer is not responding and that I should make sure that it is turned on a connected. It took many clicks on the OK box and pressing the "select" button on the printer to get things going (actually, I think it never *did* get going again; I had to cancel the printing and restart it). This has happened sporadically and usually long print jobs. I've tried printing with no inits loaded, but I haven't done enough printing in that configuration to draw any specific conclusions. Anyway... has anyone else seen this behaviour? Is there a workaround, or do I need to go back to version 1.0 of the driver? Does anyone have a *clue*? I'll try to gather more information, but I'm running out of things to print (and I hate wasting paper & ink!) Thanks in advance! -EricF -- Eric R.
