I got a number of suggestions, including one that I should use the Works-Works translator from Microsoft. I did, but I found that the files I needed to translate had been written using Appleworks v. 3.0 and couldn't be translated with that version of the translator. Well, to make a long story short, we called Claris, and they told us that a new version of the translator could be found on Compuserve. This version, 2.0, works perfectly. --Elliot Wilen elliot@ocf.berkeley.edu !ucbvax!ocf!elliot elliot%ocf@ucbjade
