	I can't seem to build the DiTroff fonts from the
/usr/lib/transcript/ditroff Makefile.  Apparently there are a lot of
environment variables that I need to set.  I can't find anything in the
online documentation about how to do this.  Can anybody out there tell
me how to build them or point me to the appropriate documentation?
