Having gotten about a dozen requests for it, I dumped the smail source on
the good people at cs.orst.edu (128.193.32.1).  It is now in the Incoming
directory with a name of smail3.1.20.NeXT.tar.Z.  I don't know where it will
end up.  I don't even know who to notify of it.  For all I know someone will
come out and shoot me in the knees for having done what I have done :-).
Could someone who knows more than me let me know how to go about this?
There are other things I'm working on porting/writing which will need to go
there eventualy.
