I've got a question for this group...

while ftp'ing around csus.edu, I found a program called Dialup2.0. I downloaded it to my system in the hope of using it as some sort of communications application, but I can't find any documentation for installing it. 

Could someone:
1) Please provide me with some information about this program (i.e., what it does, what makes it awsome)
     ----->most importantly...can I emulate slip?
2) IF this program is worth using, could someone please tell me how to install it onto my NeXTslab?
