I am trying to fire up TeX on a NeXT machine, old version, and I am not
having a lot of success. The TeX programs seem unable to find the font
files despite my best efforts at setting the various enviroment variables
refered to in the online manual documentation. The fonts have been installed 
in the directories /usr/lib/tex/fonts/ftm and /usr/lib/tex/fonts/pk.

Any help (preferably Emailed) would be greatly appreciated
